Paula Doran, Executive Officer

Paula Doran is an entrepreneurial leader, digital innovator and public affairs specialist with a career spanning media, technology and regional engagement. She has founded and led ventures focused on improving outcomes through innovation, while maintaining a strong commitment to regional Australia and the industries that underpin it.

Beginning her career as a journalist and digital pioneer, Paula quickly built a reputation for using emerging technology to connect audiences and tell compelling stories. From early roles in newsrooms to leading digital strategy and communications for major organisations, she brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to every role.

As a communications and engagement consultant, Paula has worked across agtech, large-scale farming, government and emerging industries, helping organisations strengthen their voice, influence and impact. She is known for building trusted relationships across complex stakeholder groups and delivering outcomes that drive growth and visibility.
